斯坦福大学精神疾病和行为科学系的神经影像学研究员。在人脑成像技术方向钻研了13年，十多篇论文被行业顶尖学术刊物收录。他是基于近红外光谱超扫描技术的先驱之一，其开发的脑功能成像软件在行业内有广泛的应用。崔旭从扶风老师与时照老师学习禅修，发现禅所描述的意识显现与脑神经成像原理极为吻合，希望通过自己的努力，为沟通东方玄学与现代科技作出贡献。崔老师受聘为中美禅学院的科学导师。

Xu Cui:  Behavioral Sciences

Xu Cui is a research associate in neuroimaging in the department ofPsychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Stanford University. He has 13years of experience in brain imaging and has more than 10 publications withlarge impact. He is one of the pioneers in NIRS-based hyperscanning. He hasalso developed brain imaging software tools which are popular in fMRIcommunity. Cui learned meditation from Chan gurus Fufeng and Shizhao, and foundcommonality between the mechanism of brain and Chan. Cui hopes to contribute tothe bridge between modern technology and Chan. Cui is a scientific advisor inUCCC.
